Lehman Will Be Lehman

By the way Lehman, Pennsylvania is my home town population 3,206. If you not see how little that is this is the population of New York, New York 1,930,0000. Yeah were small.

Anyway I noticed thanks to Sammy and Reno that I say things people don't understand. Example The difference between a Freshman and Junior.

Freshman is 9th grade (in high school)
Sophomore is 10th grade
Junior is 11th grade
Senior is 12th grade

Then once in college you start all over with Freshman but now your a Freshman in college. And it continues.

Next if I ever talk about people no one knows well you can just ignore that. But if I ever say the name Hope/Isabella or Amber, well they both have blogs so you might know them a little better.

My time is different. I kept forgetting this one. I don't know why. Well I'm on Eastern Standard Time. So example would be well now, here it's 8:30 A.M. but most places it's earlier then that so sorry if my posts are at strange times.

A Semi formal is a dance like Prom but much smaller. Prom is large party with beautiful dresses and dancing. Semi formal is the same thing just smaller, Prom is held in a ballroom, Semi formal is held in a Gym. Last thing is Semi formal is for 9th-10th grade. And Prom is for 11th-12th grade.

I just happy I don't talk like the rest of Lehman. You see we live in more a country place and most people here are hicks. Most everyone drives a truck (I don't) and goes hunting (again not me). So in conclusion Lehman folk don't have the best English.

I kinda got a confusing mind and I have tendency to forgot that people don't think like me!

Well I'm off to a 3 hour school, the first in Lehman history!

  2. I believe Sammy and I come from the more 'British' places and are therefore confused by American slang, lol XD Thanks for the explanation.

We don't even have prom up here (heh, when I say 'up here' I'm referring to Canada XD just in case ^^;), just 'grad' and there's usually a school dance or something, but definitely nothing as extravagant. Maybe something closer to a semi formal :P My school doesn't even have dances XD
